PayCanary provides account health monitoring and alerting services for Stripe merchants. We analyze your account data to identify potential risks and notify you of issues.

No Guarantee

Important: We cannot guarantee that using our service will prevent your Stripe account from being frozen, terminated, or restricted. Stripe makes these decisions independently, and we have no control over their policies or actions.

Our service provides monitoring and early warning, not prevention.

Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate data, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Data may be delayed or incomplete. Always verify critical information directly in your Stripe dashboard.

Your Responsibilities

Billing

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law.
