When you connect your Stripe account, we access:

• Account status (charges enabled, payouts enabled)
• Balance information (available, pending)
• Dispute data (amounts, reasons, dates)
• Payout history (status, amounts)
• Charge and refund counts (for rate calculations)

We do NOT access your customers' personal information, payment card numbers, or bank account details.

How We Use It

We use your data solely to:

• Calculate your account health score
• Monitor for risk indicators
• Send you alerts when thresholds are crossed
• Display historical trends on your dashboard

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely and encrypted. We retain historical snapshots for the duration of your subscription to show trends. When you cancel, we delete your data within 30 days.

Data Sharing

We never sell your data. We only share data with:

• Email service providers (to send alerts)
• Payment processors (to handle billing)

Your Rights

You can:

• Disconnect your Stripe account at any time
• Request a copy of your data
• Request deletion of your data
